Registration for 2024 Annual Meeting

The deadline to avoid late registration fee is April 15, 2024. A late fee ($25-$75, depending on the category) will be added to each of the categories at this time. Payment can be made via Paypal (link to follow once form is submitted). To pay by check, make check payable to DNTS and mail to Devon Graham, Ph.D.,(2624 Malin Dr., Tallahassee, FL 32309) email: [email protected] (please be sure to indicate your name and any accompanying person). Refund policy for meeting registration and related fees: a $30 fee is charged for partial or complete refunds requested after May 15th, 2024; full refunds will be issued if requested by May 15th, 2024. No refunds will be issued after June 15, 2024.

  • DNTS Registrations costs include all DNTS sessions.
  • If you are registering as an Associate, please write in your title (student/postdoc/lab assistant) here. *To receive reduced fee for full conference, students/postdocs/lab assistants are required to work a minimum of 2 h at the DNTS registration desk or related duties. Those who do not wish to work can register at the member/nonmember rate.

  • A $50 late fee will be added to each category as of April 15th, 2024.

  • To support Philip J. Bushnell Memorial Fund which will be used for Conference Awards

  • Fee includes Welcome Reception (if applicable), poster sessions, and breaks. Please include name of accompanying person below. A late fee will be added as of 4/15/24.
